Purchase the number of pounds you intend to pick. One pound fills a one quart jar. After your purchase you will be contacted to reserve the time you wish to pick olives. Things will be set up for you to self serve. Bear in mind that the earlier in the year the greener the olives, so if you want red or blacks schedule your visit later in the year. You are guests on the property so be sure to behave appropriately. There should be no reason aside from an emergency to venture to any other part of the property but the olive grove accessed via the middle gate as you come up the driveway.
